I am highly satisfied with Dr. OMAR's performance in our consultation. The man was patient, knowledgeable, kind, clear and thorough. Kudos. Im gonna assume he's worth every penny he's paid & then some. What I dont enjoy are the high prices of treatment. My insurance only covers 1500 per calendar year. A surgical intervention restoring basic function costs twice that. This is happening while my salary isn't substantial enough to cover the difference, despite working 60 hours a week. My fault? Perhaps. More likely? A systemic issue of inflated procedure costs and profit incentives due to administrative bloat and inefficiency, and perhaps just plain ol greed. I enjoyed our interactions today. Ill do what I can. But only 7% of patients who are provided with a treatment plan will follow it to a tee, because it's too expensive, and insurance is inadequate to cover reasonable amounts of the cost. Sounds like wasted time to me.

Dr.Husain was exceedingly pleasant and explained all aspects of the procedure and answered my questions thoroughly. He has excellent bedside manner and I was overall very pleased with my experience. The staff was super helpful as well.

My daughter had surgery here today and we were all very nervous. It was her first time under anesthesia. The entire staff was so wonderful and took time to explain everything and provided updates along the way. They were kind and comforting to my daughter. The Dr even said he would call us later tonight to check on her. Who does that? No Dr I’ve never been to that’s for sure. I can’t express how pleased and thankful we are to Asheville Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. They go above and beyond!!!!
